MEETING OF VMC HELD ON 17-12-2008

The meeting of VMC was held on 22-July. - 2008 in the Principal office in Vidyalaya under the chairmanship of Honorable Sh. P.R.S.Vijay Raj,Chairman VMC & Director, NEPA Barapani.

Principal of Vidyalaya, Mrs. Ranjana Barfal accorded a warm welcome to all VMC members.

The following list includes the important decisions were approved in the meeting;-

1. Poor result of AISSE and AISSCE- 2008.

2. Extra class will be conducted for week students during autumn break and winter vacation.

3. To advertise for the post of PGT (Maths) in news paper like “The Telegraph.”

3. Frequency of home work should be increased and should be checked regularly.

4. To pursue CPWD for completion of electrical works of staff quarters.

5. NEPA ground is free to be used from 8 AM to 12 Noon.

6. Secrity guard should be change frequently.
